Inspired by Emily Carr
Art has always been an important part of my life. Before I could talk, I drew on the walls in my home so often that my parents painted one wall in my bedroom with chalkboard paint so I could draw without restraint.
I am thrilled to be able to share my work with you. In the following pages you will be able to view galleries of my art and learn about my upcoming shows.
I am showing my work in https://www.beachartguildshowandsale.ca on line show from July1 to August 31 2021.
On view is my hand-coloured collograph print called Windblown. My mother sewed doll's clothes for me when I was a child. I placed the corduroy coat and knitted scarf on heavy watercolour paper and pulled it through a press. I wanted the image to dance!
There are many opportunities for you to buy someone in your life a wonderful birthday, graduation, retirement or wedding gift.
